This luxury handcrafted gin is produced in micro batches (around 200 bottles per batch) using the one-shot method, distilling the exact amount of botanicals in one go and never adding concentrate or compounding afterwards. Only 2 or 3% of the World’s gin is made using this method. Birch Gin contains Birch Syrup, Juniper, Coriander, Rosemary, Orris Root, Lemongrass, Orange, Lime, Grapefruit, Cardamom, Ginger and Cinnamon and a secret ingredient
