A special cuvée from a small plot in the heart of Chablis country.. Restrained savoury, citrus and herbal nose followed by greater intensity on the palate. Cooked lemons, green apples and a stoney minerality are complemented by a nice citrus acidity to the end with a lovely clean finish.
