Saint-Romain is a more confidential appellation than our Meursault or Puligny-Montrachet, but with great potential and a good value for money. A combination of freshness and minerality and generosity of the terroir. This is a lively wine with saline minerality and a richness from the oak aging (20% new). Very elegant. Ideal with pâtés, terrines and potted meat
