This organic Pecorino 420 from Torri Cantine has a charming nose of rose petal and hints of acacia, and ripe fruit aroma (apple, pear and peach). On the palate is fresh and crisp but soft at the same time with lime and lemon aromas and a touch of apricot on the finish. Super mineral. It is a wine to enjoy as a fresh and soft Pinot Grigio but with extra acidity, flavour and elegance
