Delivery Areas

It is really important to us that we deliver a professional and personal service to our customers, so deliveries are always done out by one of the Alteus Team.

We typically deliver on Friday and Saturdays, but this can vary from time to time. We will always let you know which day we intend to deliver, so you know to expect us.

Minimum order to qualify for delivery is £50

A delivery charge of £7.50 will apply for orders of up to £100

Delivery is free of charge for orders over £100

We deliver to specific postcodes (listed below). For guidance, this is c15 miles radius of the shop.

Please note that national delivery is not available.

As well as our delivery service, you can also ‘click and collect’. When ordering, please make sure you give us a few hours to put your order together. Collection must be within our shop opening hours (Tuesday – Saturday: 10am – 5.30pm*)
