Cracking small batch English Sparkling from our friends over at Southalnds Valley Vineyard in West Chiltington and made by the highly regarded Wiston Winery.
Aged for 5 years on the lees, the Smock Alley 2017 is high toned, lovely citrus and stone fruit balanced with fresh acidity, a creamy palate, some complexity from oak spice and a lovely yeasty nose from those years on the lees. This is really well done!
